Hi, my name is Natasha,
Sport has always been a passion of mine for the plethora of benefits it brings, naming just a few from a healthy body and healthy mind to friendships and competition. However, I am also fascinated by the power of the mind and its amazing untapped potential. Success in any fitness endeavour comes from training the mind as well as the body, which I understand well; having completed two marathons within 8 days of each other!
I joined the fitness industry as a PT later in life and as such truly understand the importance that we only have one body and need it to last the rest of our lives! Also as a Mum of two I know the juggling act and challenges parents face in everyday life and just how tough it can be to fit it all in! Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort.
Everyone is unique and has different daily commitments, so need a training plan that specifically works for them. Using my fitness and nutrition knowledge along with my life experiences I can offer not just fun, varied and tailored workouts but will also help empower you to make the best choices when you’re not in the gym, as the saying goes ‘abs are built in the kitchen’. I know it's corny but it is true!
I offer Online Fitness Coaching, Zoom PT sessions or 1:1 PT at your place of residence (if local to Bishops Stortford)
or outside in the surrounding area.
