Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. Running can be a great stress reliever and can also help with clarity of the mind.
If you are new to running (all abilities welcome), then a great place to start is the 'Couch to 5K'. I will guide and coach you over a 10 week period to incrementally increase the time spent running but also focus on helping you build up your physical and mental stamina, to enable you to complete a full 5K run on your final week. Ready for you to be able to embrace and enjoy your first Park Run.
